Acrylic bath systems are non porous and mildew resistant, come in a variety of colors and patterns to give the look of natural tile or stone, are custom cut on site to give an exact fit from floor to ceiling. Acrylic systems can accommodate windows and accessories and are extremely easy to clean and maintain.
Fiberglass is porous and over time will promote mold, mildew and other bacteria. Fiberglass inserts cannot be customized, and do not go to the ceiling leaving exposed drywall wall.
Fiberglass is extremely difficult to clean and will discolor over time.
